Ürün mısır kayma gölge boks topu gibi tanımlarda satılıyor. Kullanım amacı; refleks, dikkat, kafa ve ayak oyunlarını geliştirmektir. Bu bir boks topu değildir. Olması gerekenden ağırdır. Zinciri sabittir ve ben bir türlü etkin çalışma yapmayı beceremedim. Ürün kaliteli. Gerçek deri ve kaliteli malzemeler ile üretilmiştir. Amazon’un Kolay Gelsin kargo ile teslimat hızına şapka çıkarılır. Ertesi gün teslimatı sağlandı!

really good addition for a home gym. lightweight so you can mount it almost anywhere overhead and chain can be shortened with a caribiner if necessary (mount it somewhere where the chain can be at full length for best results). this is not a punching bag so don't punch it, use as intended and you will be fine. I haven't noticed any issues with construction quality, it's been holding up very well for a couple months of daily use so far

No se cual es el temanio que deberia tener pero esta se me hace demasiado pequenia, investiguen las medidas antes de comprar puede ser inesperado
