I would have given this a zero. It does not fit over my Kicker 12" subs.

Kit comes with a sub cover and four hard plastic clamps, as well as a set of long screws for complete installation of your twelve inch subwoofer. My subwoofer is now protected and looks professionally installed.

The grill is fine. It’s plastic, not super sturdy but good enough to protect the speaker from trunk clutter. I needed to add about 1.5” of spacers to clear the speaker. Luckily I had some extras from some old tv wall hanger kits.
