Esta aspiradora es increíble, la calidad, la absorción, deja los tapetes muy limpios, las mopas limpian muy bien. Facilitan la limpieza de la casa. Excelente marca.

We purchased our Roborock Q Revo in Nov 2023 and while I should have given an amazing review a while ago for how well it works, our interaction with customer service this past month made me come on here to give a 5 star review!The vacuum is great and picks up our Labs hair without issue. The mop feature is my absolute favorite and provides a clean floor every single time. I was also really impressed with Roborock's ability to quickly map our house and avoid obstacles.Now for their incredible customer service! After a year and a half of our vacuum working without issue, we received a LiDAR error that the radar wasn't working and it couldn't figure out where it was in our house so it wouldn't move. We called the customer service line on a Sunday and got a quick answer and tried some troubleshooting over the phone, but it didn't help. We were informed that we'd receive an email with further instructions and did so a few hours later. After sending some product info and a short video of the issue, Roborock sent a prepaid shipping label for us to send our device to their repair shop in CA. We received a confirmation email once they received our device and started working on it right away. 2 days later, we received an email saying they fixed our device and were shipping it back to us that day. We received our vacuum back a couple days later and it worked perfectly! The communication from customer service and their willingness to fix our device FOR FREE after 18 months was incredible! I would highly recommend this device and this company.

UPDATE: I recently read the new york times wirecutter review that said the QRevo and other robot mop vaccum combos are not worth it. Since comments on Wirecutter are disabled, I came here to strongly disagree with the nytimes Wirecutter review. We have been running the QRevo every day for the last 8 months. Our hardwood floors have never looked better. The carpet in the family room has never been so well maintained. We have a complicated floor plan with 5 rooms, 2 dining room tables bar stools, hardwood, tile and area rugs. Our main purchase goal was mopping and maintaining the large amount of hardwood. We had a irobot series 9 from costco vacuuming this floor and it would often not make it back to the base.Are the QRevo's small spinning mops adequate to mop up a big spill? No! Your child left sticky candy on the floor? Get a paper towel and wipe it up. These units are not designed to clean up your minor disasters in the kitchen. The QRevo does a great job of cleaning pet hair, dirt, shoe and pet track marks, minor grease marks and the bits of debris that accumulate in a busy kitchen. To get the same result manually, we would sweep the main floor, get out the bona and the bona mop, spray and mop the whole floor, move and replace 9 chairs, go around with a cloth and spot clean the many spots on the floor that the bona mop did not get clean, wipe down the thick floor mats at the sink and counter by hand, and vacuum area rugs and floor mats. Easily 90 minutes of labour. So we did this every week or three when the floors got bad. Now all of those activities are completed daily by the QRevo and the only effort required is emptying and filling the water tanks and occasionally washing the bottom tray. The wirecutter reviews are wrong. The QRevo has been a major time saver. Is it perfect? No, it still will try to vaccum up the cat toy on a string or loose shoe laces, but our roomba did the same. Still highly recommended!The Qrevo is doing an amazing job! Our floors are clean, shiny and area carpets are very well vacuumed. We only use water, no cleaning solution. The Qrevo is much much quieter than the roomba. Its navigation and object detection is amazing compared to older roombas. It has speech alerts to inform us when water needs to be changed. It needs FAR LESS maintenance then the roomba vacuum. I was hesitant about the price, but if the qrevo has the longevity of the roomba it will be well worth the price. It doesn't look like we will have to pull out the manual dyson vacuum for the carpet and the bona mop for the floor.

Realmente no necesitas hacer nada salvó cambiarle el agua limpia y tirar el agua sucia. Deja los pisos muy brillosos.La única pega es que no es claro cuando cambiar la bolsa de polvo, pero en todo lo demás es perfecto. Vale sus 5 estrellas por completo y el precio es más que correcto.

Pros:- Solid build quality all around. The robot vacuum itself has a really nice heft to it.- Easy to set up with the included quick start instructions- Accurate LIDAR based room mapping.- Love the convenience of the dock, makes set up and maintenance way easier compared to dockless robot vacuums- Does an excellent job cleaning, and allows you to clean much more consistently as well- Fairly quiet considering the overall performanceCons:- None reallyOverall:My wife and I have ben incredibly happy with this robot vacuum from Roborock. We were a bit hesitant to invest so much in a robot vacuum but after using it, we're honestly so glad we did. This is well made with a solid feel all around. Set up is quick and easy. The mapping is very quick and accurate as well. Once you have your room mapped out, you can set up no go zones easily.The dual mop and vacuuming functionality works great. This is able to lift the mop when going over carpeted areas, so you won't need to run this twice to get your space both vacuumed and mopped if you have carpets. The dock takes all of the annoying upkeep out of the mopping process since this will self clean and dry as well - you just need to empty the dirty water tank and fill the clean water tank every few weeks depending on how often you use this.Overall my wife and I have been so happy with this. Compared to our dockless vacuum/mop combo, this requires a lot less maintenance and up keep since the dock does most of the work for you. Overall a worthy investment. 100% would recommend.

El lidar dejó de funcionar al mes y medio (error 1). Soporte de roborock me mandó con el vendedor, el vendedor, con amazon y ahí seguimos. Mientras tengo un pisapapeles de US$800. Veamos como concluye esto, pero en un producto con un mes de uso, no es aceptable.Update. Es en error de ensamble o fabricación. No me importó la garantía y desarmé el robot. Es un dolor de cabeza desarmarlo, con decenas de tornillos. El lidar tiene una protección en la banda del motor que detiene la banda, y por tanto el lidar no gira. Quité esa guarda y volvió a trabajar. No es fácil llegar a la guarda, pero al menos hasta ahora funciona. Si esa guarda solo estorba o sirve para algo, veremos en el futuro. Al final, el soporte de Roborock no sirvió para nada y devolver el producto y comprar otro no iba a garantizar la funcionalidad.

Actualización de la reseña:El día que llegó no funcionaba el sistema hidrúalico; por los antecedentes de algunos comentarios con el mismo problema, pensé en devolver el producto, pero por la noche mandé un correo electrónico directamente al servicio al cliente de la página oficial de Roborock.Grata sorpresa que al día siguiente por la mañana me respondieron y me dieron algunas posibles soluciones; y si, al parecer solo era aire en el sistema de bombeo del agua.Se solucionó en 5 minutos y me evité el trámite de devolución.Por eso actualizó la reseña, ahora el roborock Q Revo, está funcionando tal y como lo dicen en la publicidad.

Como historia tenia otro roborock s6 pure. Era bueno para barrer pero pesimo para trapear. Por lo cual me compre el revo.Lo bueno:- Es mas silencioso que el s6 pure al momento de barrer.- Trapea bastante bien. Nada mas que la tienes que poner dos o tres veces para que quede limpio. Mi casa tiene mucho polvo entonces puede ser que con menos quede. La primera vuelta deja ligeras tiras de manchas a lo largo de donde va pasando por la cantidad de polvo que hay. La segunda vez puede quedar limpio o no. La tercera vez ya queda bien.- No se necesita estar recargando el agua, lo hace solo con su base. Solo necesitas recargar la base.- Solita saca la basura que va tomando.- Puedes sacarle el contenido a la bolsa de basura y volver a usarla. Yo la cambio cada 2 o 3 meses porque de todos modos se va acumulando tierra o peluza que cada vez es mas dificil quitar.- El auto-lavado de sus trapos es bastante bueno, no he visto que queden muy sucios.- He usado un poco de vinagre al momento de trapear para desinfectar y no he tenido problemas.Lo no tan bueno:- Porque pongo el robot 2 o 3 veces al dia y lo tengo que use el maximo de agua, se acaba su tanque cada dia. Si no necesitas trapear tan seguido, ni tantas veces y no le pones que use agua al maximo, te podria durar mas tiempo. A pesar de que la pongo 2 o 3 veces al dia, es mas facil picarle a tu cel y solo recargar el agua de la base, que trapear uno mismo.- La funcionalidad de trapeador usa mucho la pila. Si por ejemplo, aspirar una parte usaria 10%, trapear usaria 25 o 30%. Con las 3 veces que le doy, casi se queda sin pila.- Como el agua de mexico tiene muchos minerales, tapa poco a poco por donde va saliendo el agua. Afortunadamente solo tapa la parte de afuera donde sale el agua. Con una aguja se puede quitar lo que se vaya acumulando, pero se tiene que hacer una vez cada 2 o 3 meses, dependiendo que tantos minerales tenga su agua. Otra opcion seria agua de garrafon o filtro pero para mi es demasiado gasto en eso.- Me ha tocado que al sacar la basura del robot se tape la base. Esto pasa cuando dejo pasar unos 5 dias entre barrida y barrida. No es muy dificil solucionar el problema, se quita la bolsa de la base y se quita lo que esta bloqueando. Este proceso tarda como 5 min.
