I don't normally wear sandals these days but I saw these Rockports and give them a shot. Maybe I'm not a huge fan of them because a lot of them are bad (meaning not comfortable). But these sandals are great. Right out of the box they look super high quality and comfortable. I ordered the 12 wide, which makes them a little big, but anytime I can get a wide width, I do. And in this case you have the adjustability of fit so it's not a big deal (as long as they are not too small). On my feet they feel great and the footbed is comfortable with decent support. This is not something that I have really encountered with other sandals I have owned but admittedly, they were much cheaper. The dark brown color looks great as well. You could easily wear these in less than super casual environments. With how comfortable these sandals are, I plan to put a lot more miles on them this coming summer. If they hold up to regular wear, I'll be more than satisfied.

My husband and I were very pleased with the quality and the design of these sandals. Rockport is and always has been a good reliable brand. These did not disappoint us at all. I am so glad we can now get rid of his old sandals that have been in the back of his closet.

The quality of this sandal is really good. I felt like they were well constructed and will last a decent amount. I was a little surprised at the high cost of the sandal but once I received it and started using more I understood why. It is pretty comfortable and I not just with this sandal but with all my sandals just size up for better fit. Th

I'll start this review with my favorite feature of these sandals, the footbed. It is made of a memory foam like material that feels like stepping on a cloud. Even when I first put these on, they felt soft and didn't need any breaking in. The velcro straps let you customize the fit of the sandal for an all around comfortable pair of house or summer footwear.The one downside I experienced is that the sandals run large. I ordered a 13W because that's the size shoe I normally wear. What arrived was definitely wide as I expected, but are about as long as 14s or 15s. There is a good 2 inches of sandal past the ends of my toes. On one hand, this prevents me from stubbing my toes. On the other hand, I'm stubbing my sandals against things much more frequently than I would normally. These are comfortable sandals, but make sure you know the size you're ordering.

Well made leather sandal in a classic style. The color is deep and the fit is right given the adjustability of the straps. They are comfortable to walk in and should be great for the summer. A bit of a clunky look, so not the greatest style for every one.
