Works great for working my sore lega after heavy endurance training, working on some stiffness or tension. Essential in my recovery toolkit. Definitely recommend it. And I’ve even used it on my triceps. Works well for your forearms as well.

The quality is impeccable. I thought it was a bit expensive before seeing it; now that I've used it, it feels like a fair price.I can appreciate that it's hard for them to find the right strength: it's hard to get it open, my family said it just hurts, but I wish it were a bit stronger.I'm happy I got it but it's probably not for everybody.

This gizmo is stupid expensive for what it is, but I love it! It's the best device when my quads and calves ache after a day of paddle tennis. I find it really speeds my recovery time.

This thing is great. Definitely works!I am worried about the thin plastic piece that holds the spring in place on the outside. (See pic)Anyone with a basic understanding of engineering can see this will surely be a point of failure. At this price point I expected better engineering for longevity.

This really feels good on the calves, shins, quads, and hamstrings. I also like them for the forearms and upper arms but it's a little more awkward to use up there, but not enough to drop a star. I end up pinning one side against my quad and running my arm through. The only improvement I think that they could make would be to make the outside edges of the arms fit the quad better and with a rubber area so that when you do forearms, it doesn't slip as easily.
