I wish I could say that I love these, but they just truly fall a bit short in numerous areas. A major positive is that they do look nice and there is potential for them to be styled with various outfits. However, they do not fit the best and in fact the areas known as the welt and toe box feel too constricted for this style of shoe. You will also experience foot fatigue after about 3 hours of wear.

Right out of the box the shoes looked great had a nice well made look to them but the smell was atrocious they smelled like a mix of paint, the jumbo sharpies and nail polish remover. I put a cup with banking soda in them to try to remove the odor it helped but I can still faintly smell it. Hopefully after a bit more time it will be gone for good.The shoes runs a bit big, I got an 8.5 and it fit more like a 9 a lot of room in them but that may be to offset out narrow the toe box is. The weight of the boot is comfortable and overall look is nice. I personally would have preferred they used a black sole versus the white time it came with but its not the end of the world. Only wore the boot for a couple hours not the most comfortable to stand in but not the worst either. I am pretty neutral on these - they work but not my favorite.
