Picked these up for my 11yo novice who wanted to learn how to skate after watching Mighty Ducks Game Changers. While he sucks (for now), these skates are awesome! He finds them very comfortable and unlike other inline skates with straps, the laces provide much more stability.

The only weird part was the skates, while in their own skate box, didn't come in an amazon package/box, nor was it even taped shut. Not very secure.But despite that, the skates were fully intact and in excellent condition. the owners manual with extra wheel bolt and 2 hex wrenches was seal and brand new! I'm very happy with this purchase!

I was very surprised at how good these skates are, especially for $90. They seem to be very well-constructed and should last my kids until they grow out of them.Pros: - well constructed boot and wheel holder- adjustable- can easily find new Wheels when these wear out- price- comes with extra bolt so you can take the silly break off.Cons: - sizing. Not really a con, but these go by ice skate sizes. For example, my son is a size 5 and that the smallest setting of four on these skates, they are still a little big.- footbed is a little bit cheap. You might wind up wanting to replace it. Not a big deal, I did the same thing with my professional grade ice hockey skates.
