Great fan! Bought it over 6 months ago and works really well. Haven’t had the need to go over 2 speed yet (maybe over the summer). It’s quiet, the fan light is nice and the remote control and Google home integration works seamlessly. Took a bit to install as any ceiling fan does. Definitely recommend to someone looking for that is quiet, looks good and has nice quality of life features such as auto shut off after a certain period.

Es un muy buen producto, silencioso y la iluminación es realmente brillante, el control remoto eficiente y facil de entender. lo único que no he podido hacer es vincularlo a alguna app o Alexa para controlarlo a distancia.

This RoomratV smart ceiling fan is a solid addition to my home, especially with its remote control feature, which works flawlessly. The fan itself is powerful and quiet, with six speed settings that are easy to adjust to suit any situation. The reversible motor is a nice touch, allowing for use in both summer and winter to help circulate air and save energy.The fan’s dimmable LED light is also impressive, with a wide range of brightness and color temperature options that can be easily adjusted via the app or remote. It’s perfect for setting the right mood in any room.However, the Alexa integration has been hit or miss for me. While the idea of controlling the fan with voice commands is great, it doesn’t always work as expected. Telling Alexa to turn the fan on or off often results in unpredictable responses, which can be frustrating.Overall, the fan is a great choice if you rely mostly on the remote or app for control. It’s well-built, versatile, and offers good value for the price. Just be prepared for some quirks if you plan to use it with Alexa such as... Alexa, turn down the kitchen fan. Light turns off. Alexa, turn on the kitchen fan light. Fan light doesn't support this. Ugh. And then sometimes it works perfectly. So its a novelty at this point.

El ventilador funciona correctamente con Alexa, tanto la luz como el ventilador, me costó un poco de trabajo configurarlo pero es porque no leí correctamente el manual. La luz es muy intensa pero se puede manipular su intensidad tanto con el control como con Alexa; y las velocidades del ventilador son 6, igual Alexa también las puede controlar(yo le digo por ejemplo: "Alexa pon ventilador al 5" y lo hace muy bien, obviamente yo lo nombre en alexa como "ventilador").

I've only had the fan for one day, so I have no idea about longevity. But, as far as functionality, it is amazing. Install and setup was a little complicated (and I'm a long time IKEA furniture builder with a strong technical background). The listing says that there is an install video available, but there isn't really one. There is a sketch of the install in one of the product photo/videos. There is also a manual. Both seemed a little off. For example, there was a recommendation to install the light bracket on the motor first, then the blades and it can't be done in that order. Also, it really required that you remove the metal plate where the light bracket goes in order to install the blades and the nut that holds that plate in place was challenging to remove. There was also a bit of jiggling and juggling required to install the drop shaft and it's related components.And, of course, there were a few snags in app and Alexa setup. In the manual, there is a QR code. When you scan it, you get taken to a page in the Google app store that does not exist. When you search for "SmartEra" in the Google app store, as suggested in the manual, there is no such app. Somehow, I discovered that there is a Tuya app (name totally unrelated to product or company name of the fan) and that worked like a charm. I downloaded and installed the Tuya app, created an account, signed in and it recognized the fan pretty quickly. Then I added in my 2.5GHz wifi SSID and pswd and that worked. After doing that, it seemed like the device was added to Alexa automatically. Then, I had to experiment around with a few different commands to get the fan to do all the things I wanted it to do. Although the manual didn't tell me these commands, they were intuitive and they did work. Here are the commands I tried using (I named my fan "Smart Fan"):- Alexa, turn Smart Fan on- Alexa, turn Smart Fan off- Alexa, turn Smart Fan light on- Alexa, turn Smart Fan light off- Alexa, set Smart Fan speed to 1- Alexa, set Smart Fan speed to 6Even though it was a bit of a struggle, now that I got it all together, it looks great and works great. The fan produces a ton of air flow even at speed 1. And speed 6 is almost too intense. And the light is super bright (if you want it to be). I also like that I can make the light a very warm, yellowish color (although you can choose cooler colors if you like). And, although installation was a little tricky, I didn't need to do anything to balance the fan blades. No wobble at all. Overall, I highly recommend this fan!

This is an amazing fan. We decided to upgrade our ancient bedroom ceiling fan.Perfect size for our 500 sq ft bedroom.Has a modern and high-end look to it.It’s even nicer looking in person and completely surpassed my expectations aesthetically.My husband was impressed with how easy it was to install. Very straightforward and matched up electrically to what was there already.The light is super bright on its highest setting, fully dimmable ~ and it Really moves!!Cools down the space nearly instantly. And it’s extremely quiet too!The remote works great and has awesome range. The app is user friendly and fun to use.Set up with Alexa took less than 5 minutes it was seamless and effortlessYou can even reverse the direction directly from your phone.I love that I can set it to turn on a half hour before bed to cool down the space before I go upstairs.The Blades reverse easily~ I plan to use the gray shade for summer months.I want to upgrade the entire house eventually. This ceiling fan has created a wonderful experience and it’s well worth the price.I will definitely be buying another!
