I am a weightlifter and long distance runner and wore these more for my workouts to reduce camel toe and sweat absorption. And it actually worked. I do agree with most reviews stating they run small. I am usually a small/medium but I got a large and they worked well. There isn’t a lot of stretch which is why I docked a star. I had to wear them higher up on my hips or they would dig into my love handles (that did cause some discomfort in the crotch area from the limited stretch). I am 5’7, 150lbs waist 28” hips 42” inches. I washed and hung them to dry to avoid any shrinkage and I do believe they stretched after I wore them initially so now they fit better with no discomfort.

The material is really nice and I went up a size so that it would sit higher up on my thigh; they fit great.

Wasn’t what I was hoping for. The padding goes all the way up the back but not very far up from front. So far absorbency is good as long as it it’s within the padding.

The sizing chart is probably right, but Amazon recommended size is based off me saying my pants are bigger than they are. I followed the recommendation, which should’ve meant the underwear would be a little big, but they’re very tight around the waist.Overall, they seem to be what they claim to be and are pretty.
