Dejó de prender, para hacer válida la garantía me hicieron llevar la plancha hasta un negocio que repara ese tipo de cosas que me queda lejísimos, tuve que esperar y quedarme sin plancha unos días y regresar hasta allá (ya me costó en gasolina una cuarta parte de lo que costó la plancha…) la recogí ayer, hoy la conecto para usarla y otra vez no funciona 🫠 hablé a donde la “repararon” (claramente no la repararon bien) y me dicen que tengo que volverla a llevar 😒

Great for bulk use (I.e. bridesmaid dresses). Heated up quickly and came with a safety glove. Only complaint is it does occasionally drop/leak the water. I recommend tying a cloth over the head to prevent dripping onto the fabric you're trying to steam

El producto NO es para nada profesional ni duradero. Muy mala calidad … el plástico se derritió, el vapor no salía y tiraba el agua.Jamás volveré a comprar Rowenta

I have had this item from December to June... and I have continued to think "it's going to get better", similar to a bad job/or relationship..but even those we change or quit. Sadly, this gadget is horrible and died 1st. I bought it for the need of my steaming uses of my clothing boutique. The steamer was constantly leaking & acting as if it was a volcano shooting out the water from the container where you add the water.. I never over filled the container but my floor stayed soaked to the point I had to keep a towel under the steamer to even use it.

Es justo lo que necesitaba. Calienta en segundos y deja la ropa sin arrugas. Ocupa poco espacio y elPrecio super bueno.

Es una buena plancha si es que no sabes usar una convencional. La verdad es sencilla de usar y las prendas quedan bien. Hay que rwcalcar que el vapor elimina olores, incluso el del suavizante, lo cual puede ser un pro o un contra, dependiendo de cada quién. Lo malo es que no viene con el soporte plegable para que la ropa quede estable y sea más sencillo planchar, no tener que estar sosteniendo la prenda. Ocupa un espcio considerable, no la considero muy fácil de guardar; pero si te sonra espacio, te agradará lo sencillo que hace el planchado.

Anteriormente había comprando una plancha de ese tipo marca Rowenta y la verdad que quedé satisfecho, los materiales eran de calidad y me funcionó mucho tiempo bien, por eso me decidí para comprar está marca ya que yo tenía expectativas de calidad. Pero no fue así, los materiales bien pondrían ser los de una marca genérica china ya que son super delgados y de mala calidad a mi punto de vista, la manguera también se sentía super frágil, y siendo que es la parte más delicada ya que está se calienta por el vapor, puedo suponer que no duraría mucho, se me hizo cara por el precio y en mi experiencia no fue una buena compra.

Quita las arrugas fácil y rápido, no deja la ropa super "flat" como las planchas tradicionales pero prefiero eso a ver líneas marcadas de plancha. Buen producto, no chorrea, calienta rápido y es cómodo.

If you hate ironing, but appreciate looking like you didn't sleep in your clothes, this is for you. The steamer produces an impressive amount of steam and the right hangers and attachments to quickly take the wrinkles out of shirts, pants and skirts. It is fast, painless and easy. I think I will be able to decrease my trips to the cleaners as well, since I will be able to quickly steam wrinkles out of my dry clean only clothes. It comes with a lint attachment so you can spiff up anything that got pet hair or dust on it.It does not give shirts or pants the same "crispness" that a really good pressing or ironing would. In my experience, that "crisp" feeling lasts about 10 minutes after you put your pressed clothes on, so you really aren't missing much. I'll keep my iron just in case, but I use this steamer 10 times as often as my iron, and I'm wearing all the clothes that had been sitting in my closet, waiting for a press. Worth the money--I will save this much in the first year from not have shirts laundered and pressed.

...or steam I should say! I just got this Rowenta Master Valet Full Size Garment Steamer with Exclusive Roll and Press Support 1550 Watt. I've been trying to take measures to cut expenses that I regularly incur into on a monthly basis and one of the most dreaded ones that I have is my "dry cleaning" bill... upwards of $60.00 with all my suits and shirts. A good friend of mine suggested that I get steamer and save on the dry cleaning bills - I didn't know too much about it, did a bit of research and found that Rowenta was one of the most respected brands on garment steamers and irons - so I decided to give it a try. I just got it today, via Amazon (Prime membership) - super fast shipping (always a plus!) I put it together by just quickly going through the instructions and I used it in under 10 minutes of opening the box.Works like a charm! I am dully impressed! I took my blazer - which I usually wear on "casual" Fridays...the thing was wrinkled up from last week and after less than 2 minutes with the steamer all the wrinkles were gone!!!Looks fresh, smells fresh and I'll be looking good tomorrow!Minor things: like one of the other the other reviewers mentions, it would've been nice if the power cord was a little bit sturdier and three prong vice two prong. Also, I was a bit miffed that a German brand product ended up being "Made in China" - but what isn't this day and age (Apple, Dell,etc) Call me "crazy" but I try to stay as much of a "purist" for brands as possible. I know and I've seen Rowenta irons actually Made in Germany - it really doesn't take too much out of it - the design is German, made elsewhere...I will update my review if necessary. So far, I am very happy with my selection - I recommend it! It will pay itself in less than 9 months!
