The first one we purchased lasted almost 6 years.One of the nuts/bolts broke. The hardware is a bit small, but I can't complain about how long it lasted.Purchased similar item in different brand. The hardware was better, but the frame and fabric were very cheap and started bending after a week.

There is EVERYTHING to like about this swing!Assembly:Most impressive is the thick, high-quality webbing is already integrated into the swing’s frame. Simply insert the ends of 4 metal pieces.Next, insert the pre-assembled bolts w/eye hooks & attached ropes into the pre-drilled holes and use the INCLUDED wrench to tighten—THANK YOU ROYAL OAK! (They even include extra washers & nuts!)Also included are rings & durable quick-snap hooks for a multitude of optional attachments.Neither a tree limb nor levitation hook is included, so hopefully you have a place in mind to hang the swing.Here’s 3 we have used successfully:A. From a TREE LIMB (required a ladder & rope to secure around the limb). Easily held 2 “well-fed” adults & 3 young kids (3-5yo) who swung cRaZiLy all over for hours until dizzy adults tumbled off.B. On a SWING SET —swap out the single swing seats! kids love loading it up & swinging together.C. INDOORS, hung from an eye hook in a large garage.We couldn’t be more happier with this product & everything with it. Stop reading, buy, & have some fun!

We have two tree swings, one out in the pasture and this one in the front yard. This is the second Royal Oak swing I have bought. My Granddaughters (2 and 4) and Really like them both.What I liked:Very well made.Very easy to put together.Shipping was fast.This one came with a cover to protect it from the elements. This cover is simple, easy to use and very well made!My granddaughters have been able to swing together on it...they are always giggling and singing songs and of coarse always saying “higher grandma”!On a side note, the Royal Oak swings I bought were replacement swings, meaning the attachments to the tree limb was already in place.Rochelle

I bought this for my granddaughters to replace a tire swing that’s been hanging on my tree for ages. I am very pleased with it and the little girls LOVE it! It took my son and I less than an hour to put it together, hang it up and start using it. It’s very durable, fits both girls perfectly and will probably hold their little brother as well when he’s old enough to start using it. The girls are three and five years old and they can both sit and lay down comfortably. I chose the type with the netting rather than solid fabric so leaves and stuff wouldn’t collect on it and in my opinion it seems safer. When they get in it they kind of sink down in the net which makes it very unlikely for them to tip out or fall off. I wish I had gotten it sooner! Very highly recommended!
