Use this almost daily for work. Doesn't quite get as hot as my corded one but not having to lug that and an extension cord around job sites is nice. Works great on lighter electrical heat shrink and gaskets get soft without popping or deforming unlike my corded one. Unlike my corded one though it doesn't do well on thicker heat shrinks. However the portability makes it so much nicer.

We have multiple of these on hand, at all times, for personal/professional use and for clients that we do granite Columbarium’s for. We use them for safe removal of granite niche panels during Winter months when things freeze. Excellent products.

Limited around the house & garage use has been great. Not a regular user of the device.Heat output has met my needs. Battery life has lasted through any of my small projects. Even my attempt to kill weeds around & on my patio.I have tried using it to kill weeds between patio bricks and it doesn’t work well.

One of my lesser used tools but definitely would recommend drain’s battery like crazy but definitely a nice tool to have
