It’s difficult to find a sports bra with sewn-in pads. The padding is just enough (not too thick), is soft (not hard molded cups) and it’s smooth (doesn’t have the hands like the other review). I got the style with the back closure, so I don’t have to pull it over my head. I usually wear a 34 A, and the Medium fits good.

Bought these for my 9 year old and they have built in pads that are ridiculously large. The padding is shaped like small hands and, although we got a laugh, it was a waste of money and she will not wear them. Padding is too much and she looks like Dolly Parton when she puts on these bras.

My granddaughter needed a bra more substantial than girl’s training bras. She had other bras with back hooks but they weren’t for her. She needed something to slip on that was comfortable to wear and looked smooth in the back as well as the front. This set fits the bill perfectly. The cups are bigger than her actual breast size but she is still growing and will fit the cups very soon. Great for her now and in the future. These are a win! I didn’t Want her first experience with wearing a bra to be anything other than positive, which Salia Seamless Cami bras has given her- very comfortable and confident result! Easy to launder and they are of excellent quality manufacture & material.
