Quality and fit are great. Stays in place when I'm drenched in sweat. Only thing I did was cut and burn some of the threads from manufacturing. 100% worth the cost. And the price is right.

Unas espinilleras excelentes para amateurs. Te protegen toda la espinilla y empeine. Al principio pensé que eran demasiado gruesas pero ya puestas otra cosa.Como referencia mido 1.70, peso 70kg y pedí las chicas

The design is similar to fairtex sp3 but a quarter the price, the hook & loop feature is perfect for skinny legs and sparring sessions the compact size is perfect for shoving in your gym bag and travelling with the foot portion is really flexible and easy to move around in this is my preferred design of guards to wear

So, I knew going into buying these that they'd be too small for my legs. They all are. I bought Velcro straps separately and sewed them on to give me the extra few inches I needed at the calf. They work great and there's no weird gapping despite how much bigger I'd need them to be to fit out of the box. 5 stars for still working well for someone who they're not really meant for. Would absolutely recommend to try if you're just getting into fighting/ self defense and aren't ready to invest in a pair, even if you have to sew your own straps on like I did.

I bought these to use for taekwondo - we spar in class and I didn't want the sock-style shin guards you pull on. They seem good but had one defect right out of the box, some loose stitching coming out around one loop you put the velcro strap through. This isn't something that affects the usability (it was on the inside of the loop) and I was able to mend it myself as I didn't want to deal with returning it over something I felt might be fixable, though my mending effort came undone sometime after the first sparring session using them (UPDATE: I've since mended the area where the stitching came undone with Gorilla Glue and I don't expect to have this issue again). I've had good experiences with other Sanabul products I've purchased, the Paw V2 gel gloves, so I don't think this is indicative of their overall quality but there are other reviews on this product, specifically, that make it seem hit-and-miss sometimes.Sizing - I read reviews that these run small/have inconsistent sizing, checked the size chart on Sanabul's website and took measurements before ordering a size L/XL - the site advises you to go down a size if you're between sizes. I was between sizes but given reviews about the strap length and looking at the brand's own size chart I felt I'd be better off going with the larger size. I'm a 5'8 female with fairly muscular calves and these fit me fine in a size L/XL in black.Durability - aside from the above-mentioned loose stitching on mine, these seem well-made for the price. They're synthetic leather and the padding is thick.Comfort - they protect your legs well, probably a little more padding than I needed for taekwondo as they seem to be designed more for MMA-style fighting. You can move freely in them and I haven't yet experienced these shifting around while kicking. I have used these in sparring but also tried them on a bag and they worked well on that, also.Overall - I recommend these but with the caveat that you mind the sizing and maybe check yours carefully when they arrive to make sure there's not some loose stitching.EDIT: Want to note for clarity's sake - I do have a Vine Voice badge next to my name. I have never used Amazon Vine and did not use it for this product.
