It is quiet and runs for a very short time to empty the tank. Just what I needed as I could hear the last one in every room of the house.

The pump works well, after having to purchase hose for the output. I discharge a portable A/C to one of the input's. The unit came up about once an hour to empty, and I could not hear it run.The "manual" shows a hose and 4 different fittings but only items in the box was the pump and a manual that appear to be in 10 languages.
