These took a little arranging to get them properly comfortable the first couple of days, but ultimately, they were exactly what I needed! The material is soft and supportive, and the little ice packs are easy to swap out (super nice to be able to keep them in rotation instead of having to wait the whole time for them to refreeze). Bonus, they work as lunch-box ice packs once you're all healed up!

I thought the XL would be huge, I'm usually a medium but this fit perfect. Great fit and really comfortable especially after any specific surgery. This is a great selection for support for men, and to look good. Great product

After a vasectomy ice packs need to be held in place at the affected site, which is not necessarily a hands-free job if you want to be up and about. This jock strap ice pack holder works very well at putting cooling relief right where a guy needs it.

Comes with 2 ice packs. They fit in a pocket at the front of the jock strap. The cold certainly helps reduce swelling. Works really well.

Oops. I thought I was buying a regular ol’ jockstrap. You know—something supportive for workouts...or pretending I go to the gym. Turns out, I bought something a little more... medically purposeful? The SAVOVUX Jockstrap is actually built for post-surgery support (oh, THAT'S what the pocket is for!), and while that’s not why I ordered it, it's something I'll actually use.This thing is super comfy, fits exactly right, and feels well-constructed in all the places that matter. The fabric is soft and breathable, the waistband stays put without digging in, and the front pouch? Let’s just say it provides deluxe accommodations for the fellas...and maybe a guest or two?Yeah, there's a little built-in pocket for ice or heat packs...which I won't be using for the situation for which it was designed, but I do have little nephews in the punching stage, so it may come in handy after all.
