This does not fit on all youth shoulder pads!!!! I bought my son schutt Yflex 4.0 shoulder pads and it will not fit at all! Played football my entire life including 15 years of semi pro and I know how to install a neck roll as well!!

Great product but it didn't fit my son (6yrs old). I would say this "youth" size would fit 11-14 year olds.

I bought this for my 7yo's shoulder pads. We were able to install it on them (took some major effort and 2 people) but its too big for his pads and leaves a big hunchback look under his jersey. Its doing its job not allowing his head to go back too far, just wish it fit better.
