Well built quality steam cleaner that does a lot of duties. This all in one replaces the need for multiple different items such as mop, steam cleaner, garment steamer, grout cleaner. It heats up quickly, about the same as a portable garment steamer. It really works quickly on the built up grime on my tile floors. It also helps lift stains from fabric furniture! If you've never tried steam heat for removing stains, this has an attachment to target small areas. It also steam cleans old grout. There is a garment steaming cover so that you dont get water spots on your clothes. Overall very well built and worth it for all the jobs it does well.

This mop is great! Comes with a lot of nice attachments and you can use it on furniture too. The steam is hot and it heats up within 10-15 seconds which is nice. It takes about 10-15 minutes of nonstop use before the water runs out which is average for a steam mop.My only issue is the actual mop extension durability. The plastic pieces feel lightweight, like they will break under just a bit of pressure. Wish the plastic on the mop extension was a little better but other than this this mop is great!

This steam mop cleaner is awesome! I bought it with the intention of cleaning the grout between my tiles but didn't have much hope because I've tried other tools before without much luck. This mop is so different - it was the missing puzzle piece! I love all the attachments - they all have their perfect purpose. I used it short for a while to help scrub some spots but then added the long handle which made it super easy to use without breaking my back. My tiles look amazing! I feel like I have a brand new floor. It's very easy to fill up the water tank, heats up super quickly, and does an excellent job at cleaning crud from years ago. This mop is seriously worth every penny!!

So far, I used this steamer for tile floors and kitchen/ bathroom sinks. Steam is hygienic versus mopping alone. This Scrub Wiz steam mop replaces my older steamer. This is more lightweight and maneuvers well, including under chairs and low areas. It doesn't drip.There is an installation video to watch by clicking on the back of the User Manual. Super easy to assemble and disassemble parts.Instructions say that tap water is okay and offers steps of how to clean occasionally with vinegar. I have hard water, so I'm using filtered water.While the tank is small, I had more than enough water to clean floors and sinks. Simple to fill when I needed more water.Because there are 3 extensions for the handle, it works well for short and tall people.I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. This mop is effective and makes my life easier.
