Not sure why others are saying not genuine. The one I received is exactly like my mouthpiece on my brand new 2nd Stage 700. So don’t let the great price fool u. It’s the real deal

Mouthpiece is super soft just like the factory new on my MK11/C370. I tried the moldable moutpieces but went back to this one because the fit is perfect for me without any trimming.

pay more and get a good one the mouthpiece is too small rubber qualities nice after even after trimming it up never fit right you would be kissing the zip tie if I would have been installed it might use it for my snoring problem

If I could give this item 0 starts I would.Says it's ScubaPro Black mouthpiece.This item has to be a knockoff.Doesn't even fit.Rubber is to hard.Doesn't fit around mouthpiece Part, second stage.
