Rebuilding the transom on my 16' bass boat, picked up a couple of these so I can tow/pull ski's or a tube if I wanted. Very sturdy, had nice backer plates on both sides of the transom. Picked up some nyloc nuts and double nutted these to be safe. Good quality from what I can tell (only used on fresh water so far, so can't speak to saltwater durability, but it was nonmagnetic so should be stainless).

These were replacement items for a boat and were exactly as represented. They fit my needs precisely.
