As I've aged, I've found even small bumps on my sun damaged skin can cause big forearm bruises that last 2 weeks. I started wearing these arm protectors when I work in the yard or am doing chores that involve reaching, lifting and carrying. They are lightweight and protect me not only from bumps but sun outside. Love them!

Je pratique le pickleball et je me frappe souvent le bras avec ma raquette et il est super mais très chaud en été .

Apparently I posted a review here on the wrong item.. let’s see if I can get it right this time. I drive a truck for a living and recently had to have surgery on my right elbow. I needed a pad for my arm to take pressure off the underside of my forearm. It needed to be soft and not be heavy or hot. This pad fit all of the above criteria. The outer material is soft and breathable , almost a medical grade material and the pad is dense and firm but not heavy which is perfect for a 10 to 13 hr day. However I’m home every day as my driving job is local, so this allows me to peruse my weightlifting hobby, so I purchased two forearm pads to use when lifting my husafell stone and other powerlifting moves. This really put the pads to the test, and they past!!! The outer material is not only soft and cool but it is tough and the dense pad protects the sensitive area where I had the surgery. Wish I would have had these back during my football days, they are awesome. Glad I bought them!
