Plastic Wheel wedge shoe broke on me after a few uses. The roller consists of thin plastic over a steel weight and I can’t figure out how to just purchase another wedge or contact them for help.

It's completely missing the discard rack. It's like paying for a whole meal but you only get the burger.

The shoe weight doesn’t slide on its own. It is very annoying to have to push it forward to keep the cards from tumbling out, pretty much defeats the whole purpose of having the shoe if the pusher doesn’t work.

The quality and construction of this shoe seem to be good. Purchased to play UNO with three decks. Also bought an automatic shuffler. New Year's Eve will be fun.

Love using this shoe for playing my blackjack games at home with friends and family. They all loved checking out the heavy roller.
