This is a sturdy piece of equipment. It needs purposeful and proper mounting.It comes with concrete bolts and wood mount screws. If you are mounting on wood this is something that is going to be taking some impacts and forces so put it on a 2x4 is probably not a great mounting plan. I chose to mount in a 4x4 attached to a stud as my support system. This makes the hanger extremely secure. I know, I probably over engineered my solution, but I don't have any concerns it will have a problem.

Installation was straightforward, with all the necessary hardware included. Once mounted, the bracket stays firmly in place, with no wobbling or instability. It’s a great addition to any home gym or outdoor workout space.
