La use solamente para aspirar loseta y dos alfombras, tuvo muy poco uso y de repente perdió potencia al mismo tiempo que expedia un olor a quemado. Me comuniqué con Shark Mexico y no me pudieron hacer válida ninguna garantía, así que la lleve a otro lugar a que la revisaran y me dijeron que el motor se quemó :/

I have owned this vacuum now for over three years. I live with two Labs that shed contently and need to vacuum daily. I have owned at least seven different vacs over the past 40 years always living with multiple dogs.This vac has outperformed all the vacuums that I have used. It is so well engineered and thoughtfully put together. The suction is incredible the rollers never get bunged up or clogged with hair. The ease of removing the main body from the business end of the vac allows for easy access to under furniture or use on stairs, not to mention the extra reach from the power plug that is obtained at least 5more feet.Clean out is a breeze with the trap door on the bin and the additional top door opening.It is such a good vacuum that I purchased one as a bonus for my G.M. when she mentioned she was looking for a vacuum. Although the cost is more than a lot of vacs but not as munch as the cordless hyped alternatives under the "D****" brand.Buy this vac you will not regret it.

Muy buena compra ! Al principio dude de logrará aspirar los pelos de mi mascota por ser de batería, pero resultó ser potente y la batería dura bastante ! Excelente compra !

This vacuum has been a huge blessing to my home! The quality is great, suction is beyond what I had expected. I am very glad I purchased this item. My daughter has a cat sot this helps with the cat hair around the house.

La mejor aspiradora que he tenido. Es súper potente, de verdad que no encontraras nada igual en ninguna otra aspiradora vertical. Tengo además dos roombas para el trabajo diario. Pero la Shark Vertex se lleva todos los honores en los trabajos más difíciles, desde aspirar brillantina y arena hasta cereal y croquetas de perro. Y aunque es un poco pesada nada se le compara a la hora de succionar todo a su paso. 100% recomendada.

I just reviewed this yesterday, I immediately vacuumed my carpet that I had LITERALLY just vacuumed like 2 hrs prior and the dust that this thing sucked up was amazing and disgusting all at the same time!Works great on both our hardwood & carpet, I love how I can just manoeuvre from one to the other without having to change the head.The extension wand and removable container make it so easy for me to vacuum everything!

After a few delays due to BC flooding I finally got my shark vaccum! I was replacing my trustworthy Bissell that lasted me 5 years of every day use. This is my first Shark vaccum and I chose this model after researching MANY different brands. It was very easy to set up although the box was very heavy so I struggled getting it up 2 sets of stairs alone lol it feels and looks very well made especially when compared to my Bissell. After using it once I was shocked at how much it got out of my carpet. I vaccum minimum once a day, usually 2 as I have 2 dogs but I also had a feeling my Bissell was never getting down deep in the carpet and it appears I was right! After using it the carpet actually looked clean and fresh for the first time ever. Some reviews I had read had the same and really only complaint and that was that the vaccum was quite heavy. I will say that this is true, my arms felt like I had just lifted weights for 20 mins after lol so this could definitely be an issue for some. Personally I kinda like that it's a bit of a workout. You can use it in 3 different ways so it's like 3 vaccums in one which for me was one of the main selling features I liked after the claim of super strong suction. The filters are washable so don't need to buy new ones. It does not have a retractable cord, I don't think any Sharks do from what I saw so some may not like that. I always find the retractable cords get screwed up anyway so I don't mind it's not. So for first impressions I am very happy with the vaccum, it does what it claims and makes me feel like my carpet is actually clean for the first time since living in my place. Well worth the money and hopefully I can get at least 5 years out of it!

It is perfect if you have 2 dogs or more , I can finally do my couch in 20 min instead of 2 hours . The suction is amazing . On the picture its all the dust and hair from my couch and carpet and I have 3 dogs . I deep clean my couch normally every month so it’s amazing how much it came out of it . Seriously worth the money . Probably way better than Dyson since I heard from my brother and other friends that it’s not as good as they say it is . I am just very happy and grateful.
