My old battery stop working so I got this one, it has worked perfectly.It comes pre charged, I have rode over 600km since I got it and I haven't had to charge it yet.

Needed battery as my electronic shifting was stuck in 4th gear (battery done). Could not ride bike and quick ground delivery (no air freight on battery) was key. Order arrived in 3 days….thank you.

First thing I’ll tell you is the one thing people struggled to tell me before o bought it. Yes it supports synchronized shifting. I (and my local bike shop) had trouble accessing this feature on my 2016 DI2 equipped Tarmac because I did not have the correct up-to-date download from the Shimano website to program the shifting in order to get the synchronized shifting. It works stupendously.

Tis battery is a perfect fit and has worked flawlessly since replacement. It is rather expensive and I didn't expect to change the original battery in such a short time (2 years). There is no after market option, only the Shimano OEM part. Was easy to install and charge up.

A necessary part for your Di2 install. This battery allows you to program the shifting using the wireless module. The battery has a small diameter that can allow it to slide into a seat post, including the 27.2 size. The battery lasts a long time between charges. I’ve been able to use it for 300 miles so far, and it’s still sitting at 90% charge. Looking forward to it lasting a long time..
