I really like the black and orange contrast of this 1/4" torque set, it really looks great. This torque wrench has a dual scale and has been laser etched for quick reading. It is very easy to set, and feels very good when you are holding it. It's perfect for smaller items that need a precise torque.The build quality of the wrench and the nice black case are both very strong. It is 10" in length and can give you close to 25 foot pounds of torque. It weighs a pound and a quarter and is great for small spaces, and the quick release button releases sockets instantly. When the set torque value is reached, the torque wrench will emit a clicking sound, which helps you to not over torque.This is one of the nicest, and strongest torque wrench that I have come across. I highly recommend it!

I ordered this 1/4-inch drive torque wrench for various DIY projects. Many people do not understand or appreciate the importance of installing a fastener at the proper torque. Some seem to think they are building a battleship or space shuttle. I was removing bolts from an overtightened terminal block on an electric range just today.This torque wrench is used for smaller fasteners requiring up to 18.5 foot pounds of torque. The size and grade of the fastener determine the proper amount of assembly torque. Charts are available online to assist with deciding on torque settings.This tool is calibrated to ±3% accuracy, which gives you confidence that the fastener is tightened correctly. It removes the guesswork.My experience with this torque wrench has been encouraging. I verified the tool’s torque calibration by tightening bolts and cross-checking the torque using other torque wrenches. I achieved consistent results, which showed that this torque wrench was performing correctly.Overall, I am happy with this product and consider it a worthy addition to my tools. I encourage potential buyers to consider this product seriously.Note: When storing any torque wrench of this style, release the tension by moving the dial down to near zero before storing it. This will help maintain the tool’s calibration over time.

Great idea, especially with the various sized finger adapters, but this is a very heavy slide!
