I had a bench off Amazon before this one and it was so flimsy compared to this bench. This is so well built. It came seperate pieces but really easy to put together. The storage area isn’t huge but I’m not really using it for storage so that’s okay. The color is really nice and I’ve had to wipe off kid hand prints etc it comes pretty clean easily.

I wanted something versatile for a guest room that would provide both seating and storage.This Briarson Tufted Upholstered Accent Bench from Ashley is exactly what I needed.Affordable and good quality bench.It looks beautiful, especially with the tufting.Fits well at the foot of a queen bed.Neutral color.Easy to put together.Sturdy.Provides a place to sit other than the bed, and also provides storage.Could easily be used in other areas of the house.

Why is it so hard to find clean, simple, functional designs that are affordable and more importantly are not tacky and cheap looking? Google seating benches w/ storage and the microfiber ugly stuff that come up is ridiculous and priced high. I can't even understand how some of this stuff is in production!? We had a flood in our house, so design, quality and budget have been a priority to redo a condo that was already remodeled less than 3 years ago....If your on the fence, don't be. Just buy!There were not many reviews on this bench at time of purchase but I found through another vendor in another color, same storage, legs, two positive reviews and a couple review photos - I came back and purchased this on Amazon.Was so glad I did! It is very much like the Target Verken Settee Grey one I purchased years ago that my friends always ask me about, but my Target one does not have storage so already it's a bonus for a similar price point and about $30 cheaper...PROS-1. Storage! We live in a condo and storage is limited. This cleared up quite a bit of room in another area for us. It's hard to tell but I have 1 additional Queen Macy's Hotel gray linen set deep pockets, 7 extra pillow cases, 2 Shams, 2 twin bed sheet sets that belong to guest bed, 1 thin blanket and my daughter's Christmas crib sheet. With the proper folding we could fit one more Queen or Twin set- but it holds a lot!2. Fabric is decent, color neutral to match multiple room styles - beige/grey compared to our linen grey comforter.3. Affordable mid-century look and matches our West Elm MCM acorn chiffarobe and Ikea Stolkholm bed easily.4. Shipping as expected.5. Priced right.6. Functional clean design - side arms elevate look compared to others on the market.Cons1. Time consuming to put together but we buy Ikea furniture occasionally w/ 4 year old, so IMO it was pretty simple, but save for when kids are in bed for assembly.2. Fabric durability: I have not had this long but we are just a couple months in and no issues. Hopefully it lasts just like our Target one.3. It's not really a bench for sitting a long time, but it gets the job done for sitting to put shoes on etc.4. Stains: I don't know yet. Our Target one was a darker grey and stained removed easily. Hoping for same here as it appears to be similar fabric, but can't say and hope we don't cross that bridge since it's lighter.If I had to buy again for another need I would, but it's working well and fits our needs while we refinish our master bedroom.

This bench exceeded my expectations! It has a beautiful fabric that has some play in it, really elevates it. The legs were really impressive too. The storage was ample and very subtle once closed. You can’t even tell it’s a storage bench.

I bought this storage bench as seating for my 55” desk and mainly so that there’s enough room for my dog to jump up whenever she wants belly rubs while I work haha!It’s an extremely sturdy, solid bench. It does have weight to it but that’s expected with something of high quality.Takes 10 min or less to assemble! Just attach the arms, legs and you have yourself a new bench. Comes with all hardware and bolts. Bench is deep enough to stack two reams of paper and long enough to store A LOT of things.My dog also loves the bench too and even after she pawed at it a couple times before familiarizing herself. It is still perfect, not a single blemish. Just a very well made bench in general.
