I shook the brush a little to dry it out so that no mold would form, the equivalent of splattering a piece of art, and... to my amazement, all the hairs in the middle popped out at once. I'm very disappointed because I was really enjoying working with it after barely a week's use.

Think this is the largest size brush I have so far and it hold a lot of water. I do wish it had a longer point for more precision but still works for a wash and background colors.

I’ve had a few quills from different brush makers. This is my least favorite. Right down there with the Princeton Neptune that just fell apart. The brush is okay but the bristles are very synthetic. Like cheap. Not a fan of the texture or performance. Just a feel thing for me.

Love the amount of water this lovely brush puts down. It is large and still has a nice little point that bounces back. Enjoying playing with this brush.

The size seems perfect. So far I have only washed the stiffener out of it, but it seems to be a lovely brush. And compared to another quill I have, a nicely made brush. Fingers crossed that it turns me into an outstanding artist! Can one brush do that?
