El kit de trípode de cabezal fluido resistente SmallRig AD-01S 4686, es un kit de trípode de video para facilitar la grabación de video. El trípode tiene patas ajustables, se retraen rápidamente y se extienden a través de cerraduras abatibles, con una altura que varía de 84 cm a 187 cm y una longitud plegada de 88 cm. This is a great tripod. It’s super stable and the head moves smoothly. It’s great for video applications. It is a but heavy and bulky, but it got the job done. If you’re just starting out out, this is a great value and I would recommend.

SmallRig makes some great products and this tripod is no exception.My use is to hold up my teleprompter. It is a bit large and was difficult for my previous tripod to hold securely. No issue with the SmallRig. The extra legs are no harder to use than a single leg tripod I’m coming from, just more sturdy. It is a shame I leave this set up all the time, the bag is padded and moving this around would be a breeze.I was able to get a perfectly level shot thanks to the bubble guides.This handles the size and weight of the teleprompter with ease. I am thankful to have added it to my gear. I would get it again now that I have had a chance to use it.

This tripod may be okay for most uses, but the feet are wobbly that it does not hold the camera robust enough, especially if the rig gets heavier. This issue can be solved easily with a ground spreader, but when it comes to compatibility, smallrig only has one for freeblazer tripods. It is a really good budget item, though, just keep in mind that it may not be a perfect tripod for every shooting.

I must say that for its current price of $179.99, this tripod performs way better than comparably priced tripods. It's not in the class of my Sachtler Flowtech 75 but it's also not $2,500.00.The SmallRig AD-01S video tripod is lightweight with convenient fast-acting locking levers for the legs which allows it to deploy and fold up quickly. It will go as high as 6' (74" actually) which means it can handle 95% of the situations most people will need it for.The fluid head functions fine but is just a basic fluid head with no pan dampening but there is adjustable dampening on the tilt. The action is quite smooth.There's a lot of plastic on the tripod but it's a quality plastic that functions perfectly well. As long as you don't abuse it, the tripod should last indefinitely.Hats off to SmallRig for creating an excellent video tripod at a fantastic price point.

I really like SmallRig gear. I feel like they always give a lot of features and quality on a budget. This tripod is really well thought out. Also, it came packed very well with foam wrapped around the tripod in its case.Everything slides or turns really smoothly. The fluid head springs back to center if you move it vertically. I like that the knob on the side just adjusts the tension in the tilt, but a quick lever knob secures it in place. Also, the way the plate locks into the receiver is really clever. It allows you to pop the plate in without having to tighten anything. It will slide a bit if it is not tightened down, but it will not pop back out or fall off the end because of the pins. Then it is just a couple twists of the top knob to secure it solidly. The pan is really smooth as well.The case is actually really nice. It has a really wide strap. I like getting it as short as possible so that I can wear it "quiver" style across my back. This is surprisingly comfortable. Until I got this tripod, I was using a professional Andoer tripod. It was not as tall, only 67". It had an ok bag but this one is so much nicer that I thought the whole package was significantly lighter. So I weighed them both. To my surprise, they were both exactly the same weight, 10 lbs. So that just speaks to how much more comfortable this bag is.The deployment is the best feature in my opinion. My old tripod had round twist knobs. This one just has levers. Flip it one way to free, flip it back to lock. Easy. So the unexpected feature I really like is about the height. The fact that it can go as high as 74" is pretty awesome, even though I am not sure how often I would need my camera to be way above my head. But the cool thing is that just deploying one section of the legs brings the camera up to about eye-height. So that is so much easier and faster than my old tripod, which always required me to deploy both sections of each leg.So I would say that this is a fantastic buy for anyone who wants a robust and well designed tripod for a camera or a rig that will not break the bank. There are a lot of other little features that I did not mention, like threaded spots to attach magic arms, and the retractable cable hook that can wrap around and secure the legs. Oh, and there is an alan key magnetized in its spot. Very cool. I would definitely recommend this tripod!
