I'm on my feet 12+ hours a day and also workout in these. They do not overheat nor do they smell. I probably have 15 pairs now. The only thing I would say is that I am size 11 and got the Large and MIGHT go up one size. They fit as expected and advertised but I might want just a little bit more room.
