To be clear, this is a great urban bike light for around town, in neighborhoods and down paved pathways. The cutoff it has works great to not blind on coming pedestrians and vehicles, while still maintaining great light in front of and down the road. Battery life is also very good (much better than some of those name branded ones at the bike shops that are double to triple to price). And the mount is super simple and easy to use, while not flopping all over the place or taking 30 minutes to rig up.Only short coming is on offroad trails, unless it is a pretty mellow trail (greens or fire roads), because of the cut off, isn't the greatest for spotting features or turns on actual mountain bike trails. But once again, for urban environment, which this is more geared towards, it is absolutely perfect for.

I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical when I saw a light that was claiming to beat out some $100 competition at stores like REI but this light offers great if not better performance than its competitors by a mile. The light on its brightest setting is honestly kind of blinding to look at from head on and easily lights up super dark roads at night, the strobe mode is also a nice diction for daytime running and the movement detection mode where it pauses when you’re stationary is great for urban commuting so you don’t blind other cars at a stoplight. Honestly if you’re looking for a great bang for you buck headlight that is powerful and well built, this is the one!

As good or better functionality than much more expensive "serious cyclists" lights.I was recommending this light up until it simply stopped taking a charge. Like a lot of off brands they're called a control Is abysmal. While it worked it was good but I would not trust it for a night time Bike ride As your principal light source. It could stop working at any time

La probé en mi casa a media luz con algo de sol e ilumina bastante bien, ya quiero saber cómo ilumina completamente de noche, es de aluminio lo que le da un aspecto muy premium y de buena calidad el packaging es excelente se ve muy bien armado y la experiencia del unboxing es algo que pocos vendedores le ponen amor a su envoltura y se agradece

Se ve bien construida, es de aluminio. No con todos los cables USB C funciona, ya que la entrada es angosta, los cables samsung no entran pero si el que viene incluido que es más angosto de la parte plástica. Tiene buena potencia y no deslumbra a los de enfrente. La recomiendo.

This is for steel, or Molybdenum handlebars on low end or kids' bikes. On any medium to high end carbon or aluminum bikes, of $1,500 or more, handlebars are twice the girth or diameter of this cygolite mount, unable to close and tighten obviously. Engineering needs to wake up.
