This router mount meets expectations in that it provides a means to mount the V2 Starlink router to your wall. It offers some basic cord management and a bracket for the LAN connector accessory. Overall the unit is functional (provided you can get your router snapped into the base without breaking the mount), but the ABS plastic feels light duty and is not color matched (the mount is slightly off white) to bright white of the router. The provided hardware is adequate to do the mounting and comes with drywall anchors. If you'll be mounting into studs, you'll need to pre-drill the holes or simply use a higher quality self starting screw. The fit of the router into the mount is the real issue at hand. The tolerances are exceedingly tight and it took several attempts to shoe-horn the router into the mount. To prevent breaking the router mount (which is a REAL possibility here), I warmed the mounting tangs up with a heat gun (you could use your wife's hair dryer). I then secured one side of the router into the mount and used a small flat-head screw driver to gently drive the mounting tang over the outside of the router on the opposite side. This of course resulted in some scuffing on the router but I'll live.I'm giving it a three star review as it does the job, but the product is in need of improvement. The manufacturer absolutely needs to correct the fit issue or there's going to be a high rate of return.Given the cheap materials, color mis-match and fit problems, the $20 asking price seems a bit high.

The wall mount is just what the doctor ordered for our starlink installation. Up to this point the router has been sitting on the floor, not the most ideal solution. This wall mount allowed me to mount the router up high on the wall where it gives better coverage in the remote areas of the building. It also has a mount for the wired Ethernet adapter which has also been laying on the floor. All of the hardware is now mounted up out of the way and should no longer be getting kicked around. The mount was easy to install and was provided with mounting screws and wall anchors.

I decided to return this router wall bracket. Although the bracket looks like it would mount just fine, the Starlink router just won't fit in it. I didn't want to force the router into the bracket and risk breaking/cracking either the bracket or router. It just won't work.

I've installed this router wall mount, but it wasn't without having to drag out my Dremel to create more space for the Starlink router to fit. The factory dimensions were way too tight, and despite my best efforts I couldn't get it to seat into the mount. After using my Dremel to create more room I was able to snap the router into the mount and it's been rock solid since.I'm not sure why the manufacturer would've went with such tight tolerances. I mean, even a little bit of extra space wouldn't have affected the router once mounted, but nonetheless, it is what it is and I made it work.I used the drywall anchors on the router mount and went with the factory-installed adhesive for the ethernet cable, and one week in all is solid and doing it's job.Just really wish that the manufacturer would give more wiggle room to slide the router into the mount. Oh, and I almost forgot, the color match leaves a bit to be desired. The Starlink router is a brighter white than the mount. Doesn't matter to me (I'm a bachelor), but it may to others.
