I really hate this Blu Ray player. The player I had before (different brand) lasted for 8 years and only stopped working after a power surge/thunderstorm. I was ready to throw this one out of a window on the 3rd day of attempted use. I watch the Netflix show "Supernatural" with my grandson when he comes to visit on weekends. On the old Blu Ray, with a flick of the button, we could begin the next episode and after watching it, we could decide if we wanted to see another one.With this Sony player there is no choice. As soon as it is turned on, it starts to play whatever Netflix is advertising at the moment whether it is suitable for a kid or not, and you can't get it to stop. I tried to watch a movie on Thanksgiving while cooking. The pause button doesn't pause at all, or it pauses for 3 seconds which is not long enough. I generally watch a lot of programs on Netflix, but I have seen almost nothing since purchasing this piece of garbage. By the time I get a program on screen that I want to see, I'm too pissed off to enjoy it.

It arrived way earlier than expected. Couldn't be any happier. So far this product has delivered great performance. The set up was very simple. Although it is a used one, but it works just as good as a new one. I'm thinking about getting another one for my parents.

So far it has worked well, no bugs, no errors, no problems. It is small. It is the size of an iPad mini, so takes little space in our frontroom. It connects wirelessly via our WIFI to Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon. The hand-held controller works well, though there is a lot of clicking to finally get to a movie in Netflix or Amazon, and since we cannot use a keyboard, it takes a while to search movies as you have to use the little mini-keyboard/letters on the handheld remote device - so a lot of clicking to search for things. That is the only downside I would make on this product.
