Holds mini split up perfect no complaints. I used 2x4s and a 2x6 with 3" screws behind it to anchor studs on the wall and then 1.5" 5/16 lags to anchor boards

I needed to add an some additional supports for the unit I have as these did not seem sufficient.The shipping weight on my unit is 188lbs, so at barely over half what it is rated at it was having issues.*Mine is a 3-zone 24K BTU unit
