This tablet holder is a great way of securely mounting a tablet to the wall. It is easily adjustable, you can pull it out or push it back against the wall, and even rotate it from horizontal to vertical. The locking mechanism on the back means I have no concerns about my iPad falling from the holder. It was easy to install, and looks great. I use it to hold my iPad while I paint.

This is a very well made wall mount. The base arm and gripping arm are both made of solid, heavy duty steel. As far as I can tell, it's completely solid except for where indents, bolts, and spaces are needed for item function. It certainly weighs enough for this observation to be correct. There is minor assembly required. There are instructions with the item, plus all bolts, etc, needed for assembly. Once completely assembled and installed correctly, the item has a range for positioning the arm. There is an anti-theft feature, as well, whereby the user can lock the tablet (or other similar device) into the arm. This way, the device cannot be quickly or easily removed. There is a set of 2 keys included as well, for this lock.I like this product concept for being able to more comfortably use my tablet and devices while resting in my bed before sleep. The locking anti-theft feature should help users who have shared home or work spaces, if such issues are a concern for them.5 out of 5 stars.

The biggest issue for me is that the 360 degree pivot point is too tight meaning I can only mount my tablet one way. I tried loosening the hex bolt with the included hex wrench but it was slipping and rounding both the wrench and the bolt. I tied spray lube and my own wrench and it still won't come loose.I finally tried turning the head with an adjustable wrench and it still is only enough to get it positioned in one spot. The illustrations show mounting this with the narrow part of the wall base up. However, the way it is assembled that leaves the bolts in the joints upside down. If they ever work loose they will fall out. Head up and they will stay in enough to hold it together. All in all this is more of a theft deterrent, not "anti-theft". No one is going to simply grab it and go but there are plenty of ways I won't mention that this could be quietly removed.Great potential but it failed my approval.
