I purchased one for a lot more money that was all steel and it did the jobI had it in storage and couldn't easily grab it so I tried this productAll plastic and so far after six months on the road it is a good choice

Se antoja un poco frágil porque sus componentes son de plástico, pero haciéndolo con cuidado puede durar. Tiene un amplio espectro de sujeción, desde mi celular hasta mi tableta de 11 in. Se ajusta a casi cualquier posición.

When trying to find a holder for my tablet I was concerned that most had maximum sizes that seemed like they wouldn't necessarily hold my tablet (which is a pretty standard sized tablet) in portrait mode. Most of the photos of them holding standard sized tablets had them in landscape mode so the holder is holding it along the shorter edge. I chose this one largely because the maximum size it stated allowed it to do the tablet either way.In this I wasn't disappointed. It expands enough to comfortably hold the tablet in portrait or landscape, or even better, diagonally, which holds it really firmly whichever way you want to angle it.So far I have only used this once. This is an early review, not one after having it long term. But from my initial experience I was really happy with it. Good amount of adjustment available to get the tablet set up in an ideal spot and holds it firmly.It seems pretty solid and well made. Obviously I will know more about how well made after I've been using it for a year or two, but it seems pretty good. It is all plastic, so you wouldn't want to be too rough with it. I figure if you are rough on it the most likely issue would be the ball joint where the arm connects to the holder as big plastic nuts like that are places where things are most likely to crack and cause a problem. But even saying that, while these parts are plastic they still feel like pretty solid plastic that should last pretty well if you aren't silly with it. Don't go throwing it around when packing up or piling stuff on it in a bag when transporting it and you should be good I reckon.Also, when I was looking at these things there were plenty of options around at different stores well over $100. So maybe if you want a super-tough all-metal one you need to pay that sort of money. Value for money this is great. Does all I want, and I couldn't justify forking out much more money for those other ones. If those expensive ones are all-metal and really tough and you are someone who is likely to treat this thing pretty rough then that would be the only reason to consider paying extra for something else.

Works a lot better than some more expensive options I tried at a much better price. Completely satisfied.
