These coaster holders worked well for my needlepoint plastic canvas coasters. I added the holder to the coasters for a silent auction item and they garnered top dollar.

These holders would work best for very large coasters (4.25 inches or bigger), like maybe Thirsty Stone and especially the braided soft coasters, both of which are bigger than the 4 inch ceramic coasters I got.My ceramic coasters "swim" in these holders. Because of too much wiggle room, the ceramic coasters would be much more vulnerable to being broken as they jostle around.These holders are not perfectly straight and don't completely sit flat on the table.I returned these and got circular holders with a border all around, which fit my ceramic coasters much better and look a little more "finished" than these holders do.
