This holder is good for everything. I use the arm strap to work out and the cross body/shoulder strap for everything else. I don't like carrying a purse. This case allows me to carry my phone and my cards. I purchased it because I set my phone down too many times, and lost track of it. Since using this phone holder, I have not lost track of my phone.

I bought the light grey & black, which goes with most clothing I own. It’s big enough for an iPhone Pro Max, which is big! I go out with my phone & driver’s license, credit card in the zipper compartment, some cash in the pocket inside the phone area & my phone. It’s convenient & my hands are free. I use it in the gym & can listen to music or an audiobook easily. However, I found the armband I was going to use for this purpose to be difficult to use and awkward, but then my phone is heavier than most. Overall, it’s what I needed & didn’t have to pay much!

I needed to wear a heart monitor for a month. They come with a "phone" that must be kept within 10' of the monitor for 30 days! Trying to figure out how to make carrying the phone as easy as possible, I purchased this case. It did the job for the most part. It was great to wear at grocery stores, at sporting events, and other events. But just to wear around the house and yard, it was heavy and somewhat interfering. However, I do think it will be something I will use occasionally when the monitor is no longer needed.

I use this mostly in the mornings for my walks and listen to podcasts on my IPhone. This works perfectly. It’s light, it is a great (small) size and holds my IPhone as well as doggie bags. But it could hold a credit card, etc. I got the light grey and I love the color. It seems to be made well and I like the material. I haven’t used it with the Velcro, but I like the adjustable strap and the length I set holds.
