This is so easy to install and remember to use the Teflon tape that comes with product, super simple to install.

Well made and thoughtfully designed. NPT thread on the wall side (tapered to seal on the threads therefore use Teflon tape or pipe dope). Correctly, IPT straight thread for the shower head side because the seal is a washer not the threads and no Teflon tape is necessary (probably won't hurt anything) The shower head end is very slightly "flanged" to provide a flat and smooth surface to seal against the rubber washer (well done)Pipe is nonmagnetic indicating it is TP304 stainless, plated with chrome. Included tape and strainers are a nice touch.

Works great to replace old shorter one to have shower head extend past water spout.
