Nissan could of made it alot easier to install! Filter larger than opening. Had to crumple the filter down to fit in smaller opening! Bad angle to manipulate filter into opening! Bad design by Nissan for my Murano!

It says it fits a 2010 Altima, but it doesn't really fit.With the correct filter, all you do is reach under the dashboard, squeeze the middle of the filter a little, and push it into the slot.This filter is more rigid than the normal filter, and doesn't work that way. I had to remove the entire glove box just to have any room to work with it, and squeezing didn't shrink it enough, so I had to hook the top edge in the slot and really cram the bottom edge, then force the outer edge in by creasing it in certain spots,after which point I could see that it was warped and distorted and I couldn't get it to seat properly. Ruined my weekend, and I'll need to buy a different filter. Getting it out was just as bad, and my hands got all cut up trying to manipulate the thing in that little space with screws and plast edges sticking out, and it was really stuck in there. This job has never been this difficult with other filters.

My son and I replaced the cabin air filter in his Murano. The air quality is so much better.

I recently bought a used car and after driving it for about 2 weeks. It started smelling like wet horse blankets! I immediately ordered a cabin filter to change it out and within a day or 2 the smell was completely gone. It was amazing. And I'm very grateful because it was pretty bad! Up until a month ago I never even heard of a cabin filter! I'm glad I did because it has made a huge difference. I drive for a living so I'm in my car a lot!

Looks like a quality filter. However, much stiffer than the factory OEM filter, so difficult to fit into the small filter opening on my 2012 Nissan Altima. Also, there is no pull tab on the side to assist in removal for replacement so it will be very difficult to remove; it will probably have to be grabbed by needle nose pliers to be worked out of the small opening.
