Características del Kickboard del equipo
Potencia

Los ejercicios de resistencia son ideales para enjuagar los tejidos y acondicionar el cuerpo. Estos ejercicios te entrenarán para tener entrenamientos más largos y efectivos.
La preparación y las habilidades del movimiento, y el desarrollo del sistema de energía son las claves para aumentar la resistencia.
Recuperación
La recuperación y la recuperación son componentes clave para un entrenamiento completo. Tenemos que ser recuperados hoy para un gran mañana.
La rehabilitación del agua te permite rehabilitarte sin el dolor asociado a menudo con el ejercicio en tierra. Utiliza las propiedades únicas del agua para ayudar a tu cuerpo a recuperarse y relajarse (como si no puedes en ningún otro lugar). Concéntrate en respirar por la nariz.
La regeneración es la clave para la recuperación.

I didn't even try this board because it was smaller than the pink child's kickboard I bought last year. It didn't seem any heavier so how could it support an adult weight? Even a small adult? I lost about $6 on the deal for rejecting the order. It seems that now you cannot try and return things from Amazon without paying a fine to cover delivery. That's ridiculous. I'm not paying to view something I discover I don't want. Next time I'll go to a swim-store if I decide to get another kickboard.Amazon has made a lot of money on people, even with free returns. Why should they make more? How will Amazon remain a good deal place to buy stuff if returns are not free?
