I bought two of these filters one for each bathroom shower. One is about 9 months old, and the other 8 months. I checked the filter cartridge on the older filter at 6 months and it still looked good. I reversed it and reinstalled and saw no change in the water pressure. The filters are working great in removing the Chlorine from the municipal water supply.

This Sprite showers HO2-CM high output shower filter is useless.The picture is shown is of two parts, one is filter and the other is shower head.The item sent was only the first part, the filter.I had to buy the shower head.The filter is not at all working.I don't want anyone to think of buying the product.

I have suffered from Eczema since I was a wee little boy. I am now 29. I thought it was just something that happened, not knowing it was the water I bathed in (in Atlanta). In my college years I moved down to Florida near the gulf coast and my eczema vanished and my skin cleared up quickly., even my acne problem. I got back to Georgia and started breaking out again, so I came to the conclusion it was the horrible water here. I put this shower head on the shower in my bathroom in a northern suburb and within a few days my eczema was receding quickly, within about two weeks, it was completely gone and has stayed gone as long as I use this shower head. Absolutely incredible.Secondly, the smell of the water coming out of this shower head is great, it smells like a fresh spring, or waterfall flowing from the top of the mountain.Needless to say, well worth the money. I recommend this to anyone suffering from skin conditions or just is sick of all the super-heated chlorine and other weird chemicals in their bathing water.

I am so impressed with my new shower filter. I did a lot of research to try and pick the best one. I am very happy and would recommend this one to anyone. It is heavy duty chrome - very nice looking - much better than the white plastic ones I've had in the past. Super easy to install - make sure you put the plumber tape on the part that you connect the shower head to - otherwise it will leak. I have no leaks - it works great! I love a shower with really good water pressure and I was concerned that these filters would decrease the water pressure, but I am so happy that this one did not affect the water pressure at all. If anything, it is better because my head is now closer to the shower head (because the filter dropped the shower head by 3.5").
