Works great. I used this as the 20A single phase service disconnect inside my shed so basically it’s a tiny subfeed panel. Neutral bus is isolated from the cabinet but there’s no ground bus so a bonding screw is needed. This cabinet uses QO breakers vs. HO and if you don’t know there’s a difference you probably shouldn’t be installing this.

Good box that does what it should. Well made and easy to install. Breakers available at big box stores.

I’ve got 3 SquareD panels at home, including the 200A main service panel and this smaller panel handling the wiring in the shed at the cottage. Solid construction, good fit and finish, and reasonably priced breakers. Very good value.

I watched the video that some guy posted and see he left negative feedback for the box. The guy does not know what he is talking about and should not have left bad feedback before doing some reading. So I am going to post some pictures so other do not make the same mistake. So let's clear up those issues that some of these people are having and are complaining about.1. Both of the breakers in my pictures are square d, but the wider one is square D home line. You want the type of breaker that I am showing that is the thinner of the two.2. If you need instructions or a manual for this box then you DO NOT NEED TO BE INSTALLING THIS!3. Yes the knockouts are hard to punch out...but this is normal on a box, this is not your lowes 2x4 electrical box. The heavier/thicker the box the harder it is to punch out the knockouts (this is by design).4. This is a good quality box to hold a breaker...it is not made for use outdoors....but can it be put outdoors-yes. Will it hold out water-no. But once again if you wondered if you can use it outside then you should not be installing this. I would use this in a barn, carport, shed, ect. anything that is covered from the elements. As you can see by the pictures I am using it in my utility trailer for a portable roll around AC.

I rigged this on the output of my Victron inverter and it's been working well in my van conversion. The breakers were a bit hard to find so I took the panel to a home renovation store and matched directly from their stock. Note that you cannot put a GFCI/AFCI breaker in this panel, it's too large and won't fit.
