It's cute and for a decent price for a ita bag (I've seen them at conventions running for much higher than listed here). It has enough room for two plushies in the bottom one, and two keychain holders at the top one.It doesn't do well with rainy weather however, foggy up inside the display pockets. Like many of the other reviews, it doesn't have a backing to the display back in order to hold pins well and they often slip out and fall loose in the pocket with how slippery the material is. I also had to reinforce where the shoulder straps connect to the bag but that's a pretty standard thing for backpacks nowadays.

this is my first ita bag, and I like it a lot! it fits my iPad, which was the most important thing for me lol. I have shoved so many things in it and it stays strong! It came with an insert too which was great, it also has a longer strap so you could wear it like a messenger bag versus over the shoulder. very good for the price!

Totally thought it be cheap quality and feel but it’s a soft leather with good stitching, pretty impressive for the price! It comes with the straps and insert. It’s a bit smaller than I expected but I’m actually happy with that it’s the perfect size! Will probably get another colour!!

Got this as a birthday gift. Cute bag and will fit what I need it to fit but it was advertised at the time of coming with an insert. I purposely bought this one because of that and it didn’t come with one. Now I’m going to have to spend time and money making one. I don’t recommended this bag for a lot of pins, probably better for small stuffies or charms on the hooks provided. EDIT: changed to 1 star after trying to contact the seller to send me the damn insert and there is so contact. You can only return the item but I can’t because it was a gift.

I abuse this bag, and it has not broken at all. It carried my notebooks, laptop, and a variety of other things. Nothing has broken at all. It's also just really cute and everyone compliments it. It's pretty easy to clean and can hold a lot. The straps are a little thin so it can hurt to carry for too long if it's heavy (but that's every other bag too), but it's great for a school book bag. I haven't had any issues with it.Update- As I write this update, It's February 28, 2023. I bought the bag on March 11, 2022. This is a great back pack, but it's not great for school use. Like it's cute. But the bag's strap broke. I would not use this for school. This would be a solid purse though! It's something good for say a day trip or something light. Don't let the bag be heavy, because it's not strong enough for that. I still think it's a great book bag, just not for school or for heavy things like laptops and a lot of books.
