Used for cleaning of electronic surfaces, corroded thermocouples, etc. Difficult to find this fine a grade in big box stores, so this is a good value for the money.

Used this to remove polyurethane clear coat from the neck of a bass guitar, works like it should...not too abrasive and no residual scratching.

This is much coarser than I would expect it to be.It will work for other things but I can't use if to buff paint.It scores the surface of the paint...it doesn't just buff out roughness as I had thought it would do.
