You know how women talk about needing nude shoes?? Well, this shoe is that for me. It goes with EVERYTHING! I actually wear it more with denim that with suits and dress clothing. The grey is very neutral. The velvet is VERY durable. I even got them wet, on accident, and they held up. They are very stiff during your first wear. I recommend wearing them with comfy socks for that. Afterwards, you can go bare foot or no shoe sock. Steve Madden stores sell gel bits to protect your ankle and heels if you find the shoe stiff and rubbing

The size was way to big even tho my sons was the size we ordered but it was to big and then the price difference was a little shocking when we order a smaller size it’s more expensive then ordering a bigger size.

There were a few problems with this shoe. First off, the “red” color, in most light looks purple, and not even close to red. Second, I’m always the same size in shoes, yet this one ran large and was slipping off my foot. Lastly, the soles feel like cheap plastic and are very slippery on smooth surfaces. If these were $20 then a lot of this would be excusable, but at $60 I expected better.
