J'ai du renvoyer ce produit - il comportait de nombreuses griffes sur les parois plexi/plastique - donc qualité non conforme

I was worried after the reviews about cloudy windows in this unit. Mine looked the same until i removed the protective film:) There was a loop for the toy, it's actually at the top right above the window.There was no plastic smell but it did smell a bit like the bedding you put in hamster cages. Probably stored with other pet supplies. The metal tray could be a little smaller, its a tight fit and the zippers around the outside edges are stiff, the edge is really ridged, kind of like a suitcase. They might loosen uop a bit with time. The little bonus was the poop bags, plan on using them to clean up after my dogs, not sure why they were included lol. The stacking water/food dish will be handy for longer trips. Overall is will be great for trips to the vets and transporting to the sitter, should be able to safely strap the carrier in with a seat belt. I have a Green Cheek Conure and there is enough room for her.

I was going to return this item because I spent 3 days trying to get the zippers to close. I was very unhappy with it. Then I happened to read another review and they mentioned taking the plastic off. So, I removed the plastic and then I was able to almost get it closed. Another review mentioned that they did not care for it because their bird kept falling from the perch. So I covered my perch with hemp rope to provide traction for my perch. I have not used it yet but am allowing Bailey to become accustomed to it.

At first I was hesitant as there were no reviews at all, but I've been wanting to get something for my little birds to take them out for short walks. And the size of this is perfect, it's spacious enough for my canaries and has enough air circulation. Love the items they came with, the set up was easy. Only set back was the strong chemical smell... because it's new I suspect that's why, I do hope it airs out. But so far my lil birdies love this (currently training them to feel comfortable with it). Looking forward to taking them out doors for a bit. Definitely not when it is super hot as I worry with the plastic material on the sides it might get very warm inside so early morning or evening walks is when I'd take them out.
