This little beauty, that I now just call Sunny, is AWESOME! Totally fits our space, was super easy to put together ( did it by myself as my husband was out and I was impatient!), moves around easily, if needed. I love that it goes so high in incline, the app is free and super easy to use. I have it facing my TV in my workout space, and either screen share the app to the tv and use one of the routes, or go for a walk and watch a forest walk on YouTube 😁. It gets daily use and I really love it

I purchased the item in October 2023. Eight months into having it, it no longer works. First, it started beeping at random to add more lube to the belt. This happened even right after adding lube to the belt an letting it spread according to the product instructions. This went away on its own without any reason.At the end of April 2024, I started to get E03 errors in the middle of a run. I would be running at 6-7mph and the treadmill would simply come to a complete halt, erroring out. This happened at random. Sometimes it would happen 10 minutes into a run, sometimes it would happen after 45 minutes. On May 2nd, after almost getting hurt from being hurled off the belt with a sudden stop, I contacted Sunny Customer Service. They sent me instructions to drain the power from the control board. It didn't work. I contacted them again and this time, they sent me a new control board with a how-to replace the control board video link. They did not offer to have someone sent out to service the unit.While that may seem like a reasonable solution, I am not an electrical engineer or a treadmill repair technician. When I opened the motor/board lid, the control board had glue spread across it and all over the pins. Trying to remove the pins to uninstall the old board was impossible without cutting the wires and using pliers and brute force to pull them off of the board. I'm no specialist but I'm pretty sure that the amount of force needed to remove those pins was not normal. Having had to cut cables off, I now needed additional parts from Sunny to be able to actually repair the treadmill. So, I contacted them again, providing pictures for the pins, showing the glue into the pins (is that normal? Is that why I was getting errors?) and requesting additional assistance.They told me that the product was now out of warranty and the best they could do was send me a replacement incline motor if I paid for shipping. Again, no offer to send out a service technician. I was charged $45 for shipping this part which does not seem right. When I asked for a receipt that this was the actual amount charged for shipping Sunny refused to provide the information. They said if I wasn't happy with the solution, to contact Amazon and see if they would work with me - all well knowing that the return and exchange windows for this product has been closed for a long time.The part arrived with a delay and as it turns out, only one of the cable cut off belonged to the incline motor. There are three more cables coming from what I assume is the actual motor that need new pins. Without those, I cannot reconnect the cables to the control board and have a useless treadmill. I have given up contacting Sunny because they are not helpful. I didn't know that by purchasing this item, I would have to learn how to repair a treadmill myself in less than a year of having it.

The quality in terms of looks and touch is nice. Sleek as well but heavy to move it around. Unlike the more expensive treadmills that are large, this has a beautiful aesthetic look. Love the Incline option. Pretty fast in increasing or decreasing the Incline while in use. Urevo at a $100 less with incline was my alternate option but went with this treadmill due to the size and speed at which the Incline works.The folding option is practically useless as there are multiple screws that need to be removed every single time. So not sure why this treadmill is even marketed as a foldable one.The treadmill is ~75 decibels when the motor is running with no load at speed 5 and Incline 3. You can check the screenshot I have attached. I also have a rubber mat under the treadmill to absorb some of the noise.Definitely heavy for one person to move the package from porch to the room and unpack. I'm only 5'4" and medium build so found it hard. Others might not have a problem.I have been using this for well over a couple of weeks now (10hrs across 22 activities). Love the app! Connects to my phone in a second. Works without the app too. You can sync the data to the app just before you clear it by opening the free mode and syncing it.Caveat: I have a Garmin watch that is well calibrated on outdoors using GPS and indoors on commercial grade treadmills. Never had more than 300meters off, but the distance this treadmill shows is way off. I run at a steady pace and this is verifiable through the charts on garmin. I do 5K in under 30min and this treadmill shows 1.x to 2.x miles in that same 30min. My garmin watch records it right. This treadmill is almost always off by a kilometer or more. So do not trust the distance this shows.One plus for this treadmill is the dimensions. I could have very well paid $150 less and got something that is seeker and lighter but then, I will have to be conscious of the steps to ensure I'm not running towards the end of the treadmill. When I run closer to the front bar, there is less noise and it's smooth. Also my legs were not constantly hitting the sides. If I had got one of the smaller ones, I would have faced that issue. FYI, I used to do 10k a lot (under 1hr) and I can confidently say this treadmill is pretty decent. I did not do more than 45min at a stretch in the two weeks I used it. So cannot comment on the energy usage. However, I did not see any noticeable spike.It would have been nice if the bar was height adjustable. I used to watch movies/music videos while jogging on the phone and at the height the phone holder is, you need to strain your neck a bit. If you are tall at 6', you will see a higher probability of neck sprain/strain.Even with the off distance reading, I would definitely recommend this treadmill. Look out for discounts. Worth it around the $400-$450 mark.

Really nice treadmill on a budget. This is my second equipment from Sunny. I had an elliptical from them before and worked so well so I trusted the brand for my second item. This treadmill has everything a person needs for daily running and jogging: automatic incline, speed, smooth surface, calories/distance all displayed, and good construction. You cannot ask more for the price. I am happy. I will update it if it breaks or gives issues. Don't forget to oil the belt before using. It is not as noisy as my previous treadmill which would wake everyone up in the morning. This one does not.

Treadmill inclines up to 12 easily automatically, fast speed. Easy to assemble instructions. You can’t fully assemble some bolts or it will not fold at all times. If you don’t do it very easy to fold and slide under bed. I’ve used every day since I’ve gotten it holding up very well no issues with how it works. Will start beeping when you need to oil it. Very happy with the purchase.
