Pues ya llevo un año con ella y la he usado bastante. Es una excelente forma de hacer ejercicio de alto impacto de forma fácil. Sí me ayudó a bajar unos kilos (claro, cuidando la alimentación) contornea muy bien l acadera y las piernas, la amo.

Aunque dejo de funcionar el timer y el contador de pasos en el segundo día, valio la pena comprar este articulo. Lo uso abajo de mi escritorio mientras trabajo y ha sido una maravilla!

After consistent almost daily use I can say the fact it is only useable 10-15 min before overheating is a definite downside, and the squeaking of this thing has become unbearable at this point. If you wear headphones it’s not so bad, but it would still be nice to workout longer than 10-15 min at a time because doing 4-5 x intervals a day is quite inconvenient. I will get a walking pad instead, but do be aware if purchasing.

Viene con el tapete antiderrapante, y es resistente. Es excelente para quienes vivimos en un espacio pequeño y queremos hacer ejercicio en casa. Yo hago un poco de yoga y luego unos minutos en el aparato de pasos. No tenía el hábito del ejercicio y no me gusta ir al gimnasio, y este aparato me impulsó a hacer un poco de ejercicio en casa.

Es un aparto que y viene armado. Es muy sencillo pero de verdad haces una rutina de ejercicio muy completa y desafiante. La marca tiene un canal de YouTube con rutinas para este aparato. 10/10 súper recomendado. No ocupa gran espacio y soporta muchos kilos me parece que más de 110!

I originally purchased a different brand of stepper and returned it within one week because the hydraulics on it gave out. Given that the stepper at the gym is my all time favourite piece of cardio equipment, I was committed to trying to find another so I started to research yet again. I have a couple of other pieces from the Sunny brand and normally I look at the number of reviews before seriously considering the item but for this item in particular I was very curious what the difference was between it and the lower priced one of the same brand. What I realized quickly, and had not of had I not had the first one, is in the size of the stepper itself. This unit is bigger - not in an obtrusive, too big way, but in that it provides a lot more stability. The foot pedals/plates are also substantially bigger and the weight limit is higher. For many this may not seem like a big deal, but it does make a difference in how the hydraulics work. Basically even if you are well under the weight limit, you will find that it will offer more resistance. I did not buy the machine for the computer (useless on any of these machines) or the resistance bands however I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that the resistance bands are actually short enough to use so I have been using them on occasion. The machine was beyond easy to "assemble" and it is easy to tell when I am adjusting the resistance simply by observing the cable. I have used this stepper pretty much daily for anywhere from 30-60 minutes at a time and it performs well. If it is within your budget, I would strongly recommend this particular model over others. Even if it only lasts me a few months, for $100, I will be satisfied as it is a great, small, quiet, piece of home equipment that provides a good workout. One last thing....the range of height on the pedals is impressive and does the trick. It's not the same as the fancy units at the gym, but those also come with a pricetag of upwards of $2-3K. I am so far very impressed with this brand considering the price point and keeping expectations relative to the price.

Me gusto muchísimo, se siente resistente. Me encanto que ya llego armada y eso está súper no batallas para nada solamente tienes que poner las poleas y ya. Definitivamente es una de las mejores compras que he realizado.

Demasiado frágil, solo 5 ocasiones, por espacio de 15 min cada una, apenas peso 58.5 kgs.Se desoldo de uno de los pistones, como puedes ver en las imágenes, solo tiene dos pequeños puntos de soldadura.Obviamente hago mi devolución, buscare una mejor opción y más robusta.No tires tu dinero.

This is amazing! it works really well. It saves space and time! for me as a super busy person to have a walk outside, this was a life changer. Now I can play my 30 minutes of Cardio with no excuses, while watching an episode in the mid of my bedroom, standing on this equipment. I can tell u with a moderate effort; I was able to raise the BPM to 150 which is equivalent to a speed of 6.5 on a treadmill. I'm recommending this to all my friends who want to lose weight!
