These were great while they lasted. They were bright enough to turn the main lights off and still have enough light to see with. Bummer is that they lasted 3 months then the fuse burnt out. Then another 3 months and the 2nd fuse burnt out. They'll last about 6 months if you use them every day.

Used it to light up the fence line in the back yard looked great before it blow. Purchased the shorter ones before and never had this issue. And a week before Christmas 2024 my wife mentioned she smelled something burning near the hot tub and the landscaping lights alone the fence was out. I discovered that the connected blow out(see attached picture) I grout it was just a fluke instead. So I connected the 2nd one that came with the package and 2days after Christmas it went out the same dramatic way. I believe, The plug that came with it or the led can’t support 150ft led light

This item looked great when I stretched it out to start attaching it to the rafters on my patio. However, after hanging it over the rafters for a while, the last segment went out. That was good because I had more than I needed. As he continued to place it on the beams, more segments came out until it finally failed at about 88 feet.My 150 foot string of lights now had only 88 feet of illuminated segments.Very pretty but fragile.Be careful if you have to bend it in any way as it will fail.

The rope light is good it can be cut every 3ft and there is the problem. You only supply 2 connector one at each end of the rope light, if it is cut into 4 pieces you have no way the connect a lead without the rope connector. There is nowhere to buy a connector from , on your site you should make available ends and leads to be purchased at the same time as the rope. I hope you understand what I am saying. Regards Les

I restored/repainted my large patio cover that's attached to the back of my house. Part of that work was replacing the old incandescent bulb type rope lights that I had installed 20+ years ago. The lights still worked, but had started to yellow and looked old. I replaced them with the Surnie LED lights that use only 10% of the power as the old lights. I liked the original incandescent bulbs color and illumination, so I chose the 3000k warm white version, which I find much more pleasing to the eye instead of the harsh bluish-white of standard LED's. After I installed them and turned them on, they were of a warm white shade, but they were much brighter than the old incandescents were. I plan on installing a dimmer in the near future. Notes: 1) I would recommend buying plastic rope light track, it comes in 4' lengths and the Surnie lights fit well in to these. This is a MUCH better/cleaner install than the 100 included plastic clips and screws, I just threw them away. 2) As usual, the instructions are terrible Chinglish with poor diagrams. When they say you can cut them, you can, BUT ONLY along the marked areas on the rope light which are spread about every 2 feet or so, not exactly where you want to cut it. 3) The rope comes with female ends on each side and two plugs to attach to the rope. While you can cut anywhere* (see note 2) along the rope, you can ONLY cut it once to create 2 pieces. Once cut, you must glue and cap the end (included) leaving you with 2 strands of whatever length you like. If you want 3 or more lengths and are good with your hands, you could probably expose the the two wires that carry the power and solder them to another pig tail, but non mechanical types won't be able to.
